This past Friday, my wife was permanently laid off from her job along with 3 other employees, this Friday coming up is the companies christmas party and that is when they hand out the bonuses. Is she entitled to the bonus?
She worked there for a few years and they downsized her department. Shouldn't she be entitled to her bonus?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
