Nightmare

I've quite a thing for this girl nicknamed "Nightmare"(I'm not going to expose her real name) for quite some time now. She's a very unique person. A very shy, nice and kind woman. I've had a brain tumor for nearly 14 months now (currently getting treatment) and I never told her about it. Recently, she came up to me and asked me: "hey, what's wrong with your head? I feel this pain on the right side of your brain?". I looked at her with disbelief and asked: "um, where are you getting this information from?"(mind you me and my family are the only beings who know about this tumor). She said, " Well, no one. I can just feel pressure and pain on the right side of your brain." Now, at this moment I'm fucking shocked, I didn't really know what to say to her. She claims to have some sort of super natural power, which I don't really believe in because I'm an atheist. But, I'm kind of leaning toward the fact that she might actually have some sort of "paranormal power". I don't really know what to say or think at the moment. Any tips?
