[Help] People's hub problem with Google contacts and custom labels for phone numbers

I'm used to having my contacts and calendars stored on Google servers, so I'm sticking with that.

However, when I tried to sync my Google contacts, my 920 would only show me the people that had normal labels for their phone numbers like home, mobile, fax (eg: US mobile, US home, Canada Mobile, Canada Home for one contact would show nothing at all, just the contact's name and e-mail). After some research, it turns out the Microsoft Exchange Protocol that it uses for Outlook and WP contacts doesn't support custom labels.

Is there a way around it? It's really frustrating me and I need my contacts on my phone. This is a deal breaker for me.
