Assassin's Creed III: Liberation Ship travel glitch

Basically when I load up a ship with good and send it to wherever it doesn't arrive at its destination. The timer has finished and I can't access the ship. This has happened for 3 ships, which mean Iv lost the cost of all 3 ships and I lost the amount of money I spent on the cargo for those ships. Has this happened to anyone else and how did you resolve the issue (if that is even possible) Thank in advance
