Can you help me find software for cloning a partition from one hard drive to another?

I'm not sure specs really matter, but I have two hard drives and a folder has outgrown its current partition. I have created a new partition that is large enough to hold the content, but now I need cloning software. I cannot remember the software I used to use, since it has been like 6 years. It may not even exist anymore. The drive is not the system drive, and it is going from one hard drive to another. Can anyone help me out with this?
