Coxswains: Am I the only one that hates Vespolis?

Everything about whether their a good boat or not aside, How many more people think that they are painful? Bow-coxed 4+s are literally a pain in the neck, because the head rest is basically a piece of sheet metal meant to go where the head meets the neck, and the V1 8+s have a seat that is much too small, even for the tiniest of people. Has anyone outside of my crew noticed this?
