Silly question about mods and performance

Ok, so I don't expect the world here, but what should I realistically expect from putting a Kanger T3 on a vamo, compared to a standard Ego Twist? Is there much difference, or is it going to be the same? I figure the VW when I enable it, will keep my vape consistent through the whole tank, but curious if there's much more (outside obvious of the battery being larger).
