What is the best cell phone in Canada?

My cell phone is a Sony Xperia 10 from a couple years ago. I'm looking at getting a new one this Christmas but don't want to just get the random best one a Rogers employee decides to sell me. My Xperia had pro's: i cracked the screen and it still worked fine, i got it wet three times, once in a pool and it still completely worked after each time ricing it. cons are i had to constantly software update and it its glitchy, always has been. I love the camera and like music on my phone. Basically just looking for something quality.
