[TOMT] [manga] Picture from a manga where the girl offers herself to him and he decides he wants an eyeball.

It was a picture of a page from a manga where the girl was stating that she belonged to the guy, and the guy said he wanted an eyeball and he was starting to scoop it out with his tongue and she was excited and happy about this then the page ended. Anyone know where this ended up? Also, this is my first actual post so I'm not sure if I did it right. Pointers are appreciated and wanted.
