High-end CM/WW Wiz needs upgrade advice.

In less than 5000 elite kills I was able to get lucky once, enough to upgrade my gear. I profited 85mil off a Grandfather and another 50mil less than a week later from an AH snipe on a CC/IAS/LoH ring that I swooped for only 6mil. So far I have been able to get my APS to 2.68(2.84 with Stretch Time rune) and my CC%to 44.5(49.5 with Pinpoint Barrier). My DPS unbuffed is around 90k and goes up to roughly 105k with buffs and depending on which follower I use for IAS or CC. I'm able to key farm MP7 solo comfortably in all 3 acts and fairly quickly. I've done a few MP8 uber runs and although I do get 1 hit from things like Magdas bats and Kulle's rocks I've gotten pretty good at timing attacks and microing against them. I contribute immenseley to my teams because I can easily permafreeze most packs and nearly permafreeze ubers. However, I feel like to take it to the next level I need to: 1)upgrade my Vitality and get some LoH for more survivability 2)get more IAS from a Witching hour and on my rings(8 Hellfires and no luck, yet.) maybe even helm. 3)Increase my CHD% for more DPS

Ideally I'd like to be able to premafreeze without Pinpoint Barrier and Stretch Time and Cold Snap, so I can use Wormhole, Shocking Aspect and Bone Chill. Is this the best way to maximize my DPS and contribute to a team?

What are viable options for my belt, rings and Helm? Witching Hour, Rare rings and Mempo? I don't really have a budget, but I'm only sitting on 10mil atm but I have lots of items to sell.
