My Player Question?

Hi Reddit, I need your help. I have a 6'5" PG with 99 in Dunk,Layup,Vertical,Speed,Quickness,Hustle. He also has a 70 Strength. I can.t dunk though. I have the Historic Jordan dunk package on. Everytime I go for a dunk he just does a layup. Even if it's a wide open dunk he just does a layup. This also happens in practice.
