Turning 21 this next week. I've had limited exposure up until now - what are some things I should try?

Thanks to being underage I've only had what friends could buy me or what was at a party. I don't enjoy cheap beers - but am interested in trying some high quality brews. I've had mid-shelf tequila, vodka, and rum - that's about it. Sailor Jerry is a favorite of mine - but I've only ever had Captain Morgan as an alternative.

What should I stock my house with that I've not had yet?
