Are there any tutorials available regarding designing the face of your character? i.e. celebrity builds

First Reddit post ever, sorry if it is of inferior quality. I searched this sub-reddit as extensively as I could, but came up empty handed. I apologize if this has been asked a million times. Is there any sort of video/tutorial on how to make celebrity faces or how to better customize the face of your character? (I do know about the Chuck Norris face build, but can find nothing further.)
