I just adopted a dog from a shelter, how can I make the transition in to my house and my two dogs any easier for everyone?

Here's the deal. I have two Labrador Retrievers who are 12 y/o and I just adopted a mutt from a shelter. So I wan't to make her accustomed to my home and my two dogs as fast and easy as possible for all the dogs.
