Nicotine levels in cigars?

I am having a bit of a debate with a young smoker. He is convinced that using cigars for his weed to smoke blunts is perfectly safe. I am challanging his misperceptions. I know the nicotine levels in cigars is typically higher than cigarettes, but I can not find any source online. Does anyone know where I can find nicotine levels in cigars? Specifically I am looking for Dutch Master Green Leaf or Game Green Leaf sheets.

I am not anti-smoke, and I am not trying to make him quit. I believe in moderation and full disclosure. He wants to smoke? Smoke. But lets not hide behind this "Blunt leaves don't have nicotine." B.S. behind.
