Help me with the weird wizard amulet please?

Alright, I know you guys all hate price check threads and the like, but I have browsed the AH quite extensively looking for a similar amulet to this. I found one that was listed for 1.25bn so that is an obvious overprice, but I had to drop the cc to 8 and the int to 175 to find any ammys with >300 loh, and these were all in the 15-50 mil price range. So help me out, is Loh an important stat for wizards? Also gold find, normally I would ignore it, but does such a high gf roll make this a particularly nice gold farmer ammy? All help is appreciated.

Edit: On the NA AH
