[Books] IIL The Time Traveler's Wife, John Green, Scott Westerfeld, Sarah Dessen, the Perks of Being a Wallflower, the Great Gatsby, WEWIL?

I haven't read too many books outside of the YA genre, because I read a lot more during high school than I do now. I feel like I'm outgrowing that genre especially with the whole vampire/erotica craze. I just got an ereader so I'm looking forward to reading more often and I'm trying to load it up with books. So, any suggestions?
