This feels like the worst question ever, but how can I make a lead like this that is so clean but still so powerful? (Example inside)

The sound is so bright, non-fuzzy and strong...but how do I make it? If I was to guess I'd say something with a saw wave and maybe pitch modulation? Help is appreciated. Thanks!
