Bearded Dragon Set Up help.

http://imgur.com/a/ekriB#0 This is my current set up and i could really use some suggestions. I have a heating pad under the cage, but that's when i had wood chips and i switched to reptile carpet today. Should i get rid of the heating pad? But if i do the cage will go down to around 80 degrees.
