First post reddit and I reall need your help. I got unfairly terminated at work.

So yesterday mid shift my employer called me to side and told me he saw me doing something sketchy with no proof... which I have no idea what that could be because I'm a hard worker and do my job. I'm a chef and I actually care about the food and work I do. He gave me the option to either quit right then or go to the hospital with him and get drugged tested. I'm 20 I do not drink but when I get off at 1 in he morning i like to smoke a little weed to help me sleep at night. It is the restaurant business for christs sake. So the only choice I had was to quit. Is there anything I can do reddit?

Post 2: Can anyone think of a way to get back at this backstabing asshole of a boss? I gave them all of my time, 50 plus hours a week for over a year. I buy weed from his niece ironically. I want to atleast feel just inside. They wont give me a reference and now I have a missing space in my resume.
