How to make Mama Juana

I spent my honeymoon in the Dominican and drank a fair bit of Mama Juana whilst I was there. I managed to pick up a bag of the bark and spices and a bottle of Dominican honey. What's the best way of making the drink as the bark only came with Dominican instructions :)
