DAE ever enter manual breathing mode?

I tried to explain this to my mom but she didn't get it. This especially happens to me when I try to go to sleep. I randomly think about breathing and have to manually inhale and exhale air instead of my body automatically doing it. Edit: you are welcome to all who enter this mode from reading thisxD
