Is there an updated watch it/skip it episode for Doctor Who?

I know, I'm speaking horrible blasphemy or something, but I'm trying to get completely caught up with Doctor Who before the Christmas special and I really don't think I'll have enough time. I stopped watching for a bit in series 4 (last episode I watched was "The Unicorn and the Wasp") so I'm a bit behind and its really important to me that I'm completely up to speed before the Christmas special (Dec 25).

I found a list covering 2005-2009 Doctor Who listing skip/watch but it stops there and I'm pretty much already ahead of the list. Is there an updated skip/watch list that will cover the "essential" episodes so I can watch the other, standalone or less significant episodes when I have more time (or can any lovely Whovian help me out)?

Thanks in advance! :)
