I'm prepared to be downvoted but...

Well, I don't know how one prepares to be downvoted in the first place, nor do I know why I would be downvoted for holding a popular opinion, but I just think this forum would be better if it had more bad philosophy and less academic philosophy. Those academic philosophers come to this subreddit of philosophy and act like they have some sort of special or privileged idea of what's going on.

Well downvote me to hell for this, but I think we need more speculation and less Bertrand Russell.
