Is it normal that when I change from Netflix to PC or the main menu there is a slight Black screen that changes brightness?
And if so, I want to know how to get the same brightness always, dont care what mode Im using, game mode, streaming App, PC whatever

It's the panel changing from HDR to SDR (or reverse). You may see colour popping/fading after the process.
