Is your pile aerated? ASP?

It is not unfortunately, best i can do for now is to turn it on the weekends...

I do have a small Jerry rigged ASP that has been doing approx 30 yards,

I'm not really in a hurry, just need the covered barnyard for cows in late November/December, might just do a mix of batches on my small system, move the pile when I can and just spread some of it as manure.

We should be putting in an ASP next year I hope. Super excited about the project.

What’s ASP and what’s the benefit over a front end loader?

Aerated static pile,

Main benefits is that once the pile is set, minimal amount of earth moving is required to keep the pile oxygenated.

The tricky part is that you need your mix to be 'just right' for it to work.

Saves on labor time when done right.

Also with the right controls can allow for much better dialing in of the temperature.

Plus there's actively aerated static pile and passively aerated static pile. I'm currently doing the latter. My last turn was murder on my back.
