Help choosing an awning

Hello, i have a Rhino Rack 49x 84 platform on a toyota 4runner with an Ikamper Sky camp mini, i am looking at awnings to mount onto the rack but all of the awnings are longer than my roof rack, is this normal or will it look goofy with an awning that is too long?
