beginner friendly low light plants that are safe for cats?

I’d like to add a plant to my window sill, but I have north facing windows so it doesn’t get super sunny, and it’d be within reach of my cat. Any suggestions?

I’m a little newer to houseplants as well so I’m hoping for something not too temperamental
