Wetness..?

Hi so I’m a minor/CSA survivor and I noticed I cannot get wet.. at all. I’m not sure why when I can get really aroused and I can “ finish “ like cream or squirt? My problem is getting wet. I have a lovely boyfriend and he gets me aroused but I’m always dry and even before I met him I would get aroused but not wet. It’s really upsetting me because I want to get wet and I don’t really feel normal.
