When I switched over to 20 mg I’ve been having weird things happen!

I’m talking about xarelto* At first my arms kinda felt like they were going to spasm with the pins and needle feelings! I was told to take some magnesium because it’s a common side affect!

About three days ago I started getting weird pains all over and one in my right leg that felt similar to the left when I went to the doctor! It hasnt got worse but it’s their, this morning I had some weird chest feelings and my body started going full anxiety mode and my chest tightened! My lady was able to cool me down and most of the feelings gone!

Is this something I should just go get checked or is it common? I’ve also had some on and off pains in my arms but nothing alarming! It seemed to all happened after I switch to the one a day pills! My anxiety is at a all time high ever since going to the ER and just wondering if I’m Telling myself somethings wrong but nothing is lol
