I can’t get a good nights sleep because of the ac. URGENT

It’s so damn loud. I just want to sleep. Headphones are uncomfortable. Can’t turn it off because I get in trouble. I have told my family I wake up with headaches because I have to wear headphones to fall asleep. Idk if they don’t believe me or don’t care but they won’t even let me turn it off for ONE NIGHT A WEEK. What do I do? Being awake at home is hell and I can’t go to sleep to escape it please help me.
