Anyone catch how Grusch said there is “techniques” to bring down UAPs

This was one of the things that stuck out most. Like the military or whatever has certain strategies to bring down UAPs. I think there’s huge implications with that statement. Also when he said that people have been physically hurt when studying the craft. It’s reminiscent of the Varginha incident where people were blinded by the ammonia smell and obviously the soldier who died when he subdued the alien. I also didn’t catch if he said the agreements were with NHI specifically or other countries in relation to NHI. If so, the latter as well as everything else kind of shows these UAPs and beings are a bit more violent and uncaring about human life than I previously believed. Kind of makes you wonder where full disclosure would leave us.
