Way I see it, the good people of this town want two things out of their mods:

1. Don't be biased
2. Be active

Now, I can't speak much to #2. I'm a simple man who runs a simple subreddit with a simple mission. Life moves a little slower around my subreddits, and I can't promise I'd be active every day, but my philosophy is this: Better to let 9 assholes roam free than to ban one person who doesn't deserve it.

Why? Because this is the WILD WEST, and 90% assholes is a pretty expected ratio in the first place 🫡

It's clear the current mods of this subreddit don't give a shit, and I want to commend them for this. Giving a shit is one of the worst things the mod of a god-dang mini-hobby tucked away in a niche of a menu option in a video game can do.

I want to continue the tradition of not giving a shit, with a couple of minor adjustments. When I come around, I'd like to do the following:

1. Remove spam posts. Only the 100%-clearly-not-related-to-this-subreddit-by-any-stretch-of-the-imagination posts. Wanna post about how your hangover shit looks like black dieci? 100% APPROVED, my friend! Want me to check out your OnlyFans? Only if you're dishing out those sweet credits in return, partner!
2. Call out bullshit with a stickied "Mod" comment. Sometimes we may spot an occurrence that makes an odd number of eyebrows raise like this one right here, and I think in that case I might grab the proverbial bullhorn to shout a bit about how fuckin stupid it is to call a random non-glitched seasonal item "1 of 1." I see no need for removal - every Wild West has it's host of idiots!
3. General public announcements. Let's say Epic announces a new lewds-for-credits exchange market... the good people of this subreddit deserve to know! I have a few friends here and there, and I think some insider info might reach me through the grapevine in time to inform you folks.
4. Willing to do other things. But not much. I've been investing in microscope technology, and my team says they/re close to verifying that I have a life outside Rocket League trading. I wanna keep my options open.

Could I be an RLE mod? Nooo! That place may not even exist in a few days, and antipathy-induced nausea has undoubtedly gripped several of the mods there re: my candidacy. I don't blame them!

But..

Here at r/rocket_league_trading, our expectations are low, and I am fully prepared to meet your low expectations 💪

Look at your subreddit, ask the users with the most upvoted posts & comments from the past year what they think of me. I think you'll find a vague apathy and general trust in me sufficient to take the reins. YEEHAW!

TL;DR: In case you're SUPER lazy, the quick rundown is that I have put $10k into this game with no cash-outs over 3 years, I believe I have the most total karma on RLE from 2021-2022, and I have kept up with my daily giveaway subreddit for 9 months now (and a few other projects, see my profile), with over 150,000c given away so far across all platforms, spanning over 300 individual prize deliveries. I'm bucking to go, fellas!
