Fa-fa-fa-fake records

What does it mean when rappers and artists say Fa-fa-fa-fake records (fake records)

Do they mean like someone else wrote them or like they’re posers?

I’m just not sure tbh. Figured someone on here could clarify

Thank you all in advance
