Metamask wallet got hacked need help to prevent this

Hello all i need some help and what steps i need to do after my wallet got hacked. I have no idea how it got hacked i never opened a suspicious link. I was at work and when i came back to check my wallet my wallet was emptied out transferring all avax to specific address. it is a small amount .

i just need advice on how to prevent this ? and do i need to create new wallet now ?
cant i track where did my wallet signed in from ?
