What would be the perfect apology video
I hope i used the right tag for this!
I have a diploma in Digital communications and media, and a small part of that was PR work. So things like cancelations and apology videos always intrigue me because I've never seen someone (apart from maybe Jenna Marbles) that has had a positive response to her apology video.
So I'm just wondering what the perfect apology for you all would look like? You can use Colleen as an example as it's timely!
I'm not a content creator sympathizer by any means, but I do notice that no matter how they appear in their apology videos, how they speak, dress, act, etc. All seem to come off as disingenuous, and im wondering if there is a way for a content creator to come off as genuine in these videos.
I watch a lot of Observe videos, which is what actually prompted me to make this post, and i notice he has a lot of the same critiques for different people's apology videos.
