Mildly eleveated AST & ALT levels!

Male 23 y/o Non-Smoker Never Drinks No medication 105 lbs (been always skinny)

Hi guys. I went for a general medical exam and the blood test result showed that I have mildly elevated AST & ALT levels.

AST - 48 u/l. Lab range (<37 u/l) ALT - 45 u/l. Lab range (<42 u/l)

Normal GGT - 17 u/l Should I worry about these results??

Side Note: -The day before the blood test I did a 40 minute bicep/tricep workout. Active Energy was 232 kCal according to my watch. -6 months ago during a preventive medical exam they did a liver ultrasound. According to the Dr, my liver showed good health since I don’t like to drink.

Thank you for your time!
