I have an extra pair of dr pants with this on when i push high tier. Otherwise i use my other pants.

Both are good though they have their infrequent downsides. if you're a permaspin WW you'll have to break out to basic attack at least every 6 seconds, which doesn't matter so much for you as a hota barb, and the second won't power up all the way against single target bosses/Lilith/pvp.
I'd prioritize the 'any damage gives +% armor' aspect over the nearby bleeding aspect.

I use the great sword expertise so my hits cause bleed. One swirl and every enemy around me is doing less damage.

im playing hota, and have bleed dmg from 2 hand sword expertise.

It is, but only if you use basic skills frequently. I have a 6sec roll that I put in an amulet so it lasts 9 seconds. Pretty sweet imo.

I would put disobedience in amulet if you are doing for defense
Putting a defensive aspect on the amulet is a crime against the lord of terror himself!
