Faction champions

Question

Was wondering if pvp gear would have some effect in this fight with the resilience rating.

However, they are still considered non-player characters for resilience, meaning resilience does not reduce damage taken. Resilience is still effective against critical attacks.

Not worth using PvP gear on Faction Champs. It is worth using a PvP trinket from WG though.

Dam thank you, though it would of been funny first raid night with the guild just come in full arena gear for this part

15 years ago lots of guilds did just that - everyone came in PVP gear and PVP spec and cleared it no issues.

It should reduce damage taken,unless blizzard fucks up. You don't need it though,what you need is CC and some kiting,and ofc tremor/mass dispel.

Edit: dear downvoters,while i don't care about internet clout,reducing the chance to get critical hits from the mobs is reducing overall damage taken.
