Online Archiving got disabled for few users on its own

Hi,

I am dealing with an issue that got reported to me few hours ago when a user reported that their online archiving mailbox has disapeared. I thought it was a Outlook glitch and created a new profile but it wasn't there either. At that point, I logged into Admin Center and checked the user to find that it has been disabled. Searching for inactive mailboxes returns nothing....

Anyone have any idea or seen something like this?
