Best powder extract for pain.

Hey fam, I’ve been dealing with horrendous stomach issues for about 18 months now. Had surgery 3 months ago hoping it would fix my pain. Sadly, it didn’t. I was using a 25% extract that was helping a lot with pain and energy, but the next time I got the same kind it smelled different, made me sick to my stomach, and barely touched my pain.

What do you guys recommend for a reputable vendor I could get some decent extract that isn’t too hard on the stomach like powder can be sometimes? Any input would be appreciated.
