Need ideas for a PvE server

The server I play on has some events like scavenger hunts, I was wondering if anyone had other ideas, maybe bosses that don't give tek, races with certain dinos, any ideas would help, we don't want to be giving out free tek grams or dinos, anyone got ideas?
