have you guys noticed that

usually the ACMs that get to get out on bail after being arrested are the white ones? mostly the poc ones get fully incarcerated, but the white guys, specially the more “well presented” ones are able to get out of jail - at least from what we get to see on the show

that makes me so angry, not only for justice failing to arrest all these creeps and keep them arrested, but to failing in actually being fair and giving them all the same treatment - that is, keeping them all locked up

criminal justice is so fucked up
