Does anyone else’s store expect way too much from drive up?

Workplace Question or Advice Needed

Our SD wants our drive up time to be at 2:30 or under even though 3:00 is the true good time. But they only schedule 5-7 people for the entire day and we’re a super target. Plus our drive up spots are outside of the entrance to grocery while our prepping place is on the other side of the store. The only way we can stay green is by processing one item double tappers before getting their items if we’re by ourselves or exchanging their codes over the walkie. Also apparently we’re the worst store in the district when it comes to drive up times. Tbh I kind of wanna transfer but it’s probably gonna be the same shit just a different smell.
