Jadons sizing help

I’m a true size womens 9, EU40, my foot length is 25.5cm (10 inches) and width is 11cm (4.3 inches). I am not sure whether to get a size 9 or size 8 in Jadons- I hear the jadons run big and people should size down one size. Any advice? I’ve used the search bar but most of the Q’s are for half sizes. Thanks!
