Where do I buy tag bolts?

I recently got my bike and made a post about it here and I just got my tag in the mail and realized there isn’t any bolts in the tag spot, the dealer zip tied the temp on. I was thinking I’d just go get some nuts and bolts but I figured I’d ask if it’s a special bolt for the mount. Can any of you guys confirm or did every one of these not come with tag bolts?
