If you have 2 Blazes on a team, are they able to heal each other with ignited oil spills?

Pretty straightforward question. My friend and I were playing ARAM and we had the chance both pick Blaze, but we decided not to be chucklefucks and picked heroes that either the team needed or that we were more proficient at, but it did raise the question.

So, yeah, can a Blaze A ignite his own oil spill and it will heal Blaze B as well? Or can Blaze A ignite Blaze B's oil spill and it heals both of them? Or is the heal only based on who ignites it?
