Advice needed

Hey all. Been playing Diablo games from the start and Poe for years. Made a barbarian in this game and for now the progress has stopped. I mean I cannot do capstone 70 on 61 no matter what. Why should I be able to? Well what I have read many classes do it on lvl 60 so thought barbarian can do it too. I have tried ww build and hota. Dmg is kinda there but I just die if not on elites but Elias in the end. I can get Elias to 50% on hota but then the damage stacks and it’s gg. So is there a way for this or should I reroll to a class which can do it on 60? I mean I could level my barb more but it’s sooo slow and gear upgrades haven’t been happening in many days now.
