Lights flicker around me and I seem to be the only one who notices

So it’s been happing for the past 2 years it’s seemed to go away for a little bit lights flicker around me and I seem to be the only one who notices it’s usually over head fluoresce lights or the ones in my house. I’ll ask someone shoes with me when it happens and they will say they didn’t see it or look at me like I crazy, what could it mean?
