Khitan traders?

With the new age of war update I can't seem to find the khitan trader camps/carts. I've checked the ruins of al merayah, outside the den, Westwall in sepermeru, below thugras stand, outside skulkers end and deathwisper ruins over the span of 6 in game weeks (I thought they changed places overnight?) but CANT FIND THEM, I saw it was called the headhunter event so do sorcerers skulls no longer have a use? Is there just one place to turn them in now?
